Narcissist behavior?

Why would a narcissist ex unblock you for real? Before he kept blocking unblocking twice in 3 weeks. I gave zero response. But now he left me unblocked this time. If he moved on why he care enough to unblock? I have learned that people who move on doesn't care enough to unblock... what you all say?
