The guy I’m dating seems to have anger issues and I’m scared he might hurt me. How do I end this without him getting upset?

You are an adult and can make your own decisions as I am not there. In general, sometimes, it is good to contact the police precinct in your area. Some will do what is an incident report. At very least in my area, they get the names addresses etc in case a call is received. your call..

Get him to break up with you! I had to do this last year. He was making all these threats etc. I knew he would retaliate if I ended it. So, I became all the things I knew he didn't like in a girlfriend. Ready clingy and annoying... Told him I loved him 🤣 . Everything I could to annoy him and in about a week and a half, he ended it with me. Never heard from him again.

He’s vindicative. He told me how no one should mess with him. Once he broke up with his ex and told me he was mad at her and went and fucked her best friend. Also once called lawyers on his boss who threatened To fire him, he went off on his Uber driver and was also rude to the waiter at a restaurant.

I am sorry you have to deal with this. It seems he is verbally terrible towards others. You are not necessarily physically at risk. Has he ever been verbally terrible and/or vindictive towards you?
I ask because verbal and/or emotional abuse is enough to get help from a domestic violence hotline. Domestic violence isn’t only physical and I want you to be sure you have the resources to get out of this relationship safely ❤️
