Does my boyfriend have anger issues?

every single morning when my boyfriend is on his way to work and he calls me to say good morning on his way I hear him yell "WHY ARE YOU ON THE BRAKES MOTHERFUCKER" or "WHY ARE WE GOING 45 MPH ON THE FREEWAY" and "I swear to God people don't know how to drive people are so stupid" like he does this on a daily basis and says the exact same thing and it is so annoying to hear this unnecessary negativity every single day, is this normal or does he have anger issues? He also has screamed at me to SHUT UP, SHUT UP DUMBASS when he was mad at me recently even tho I was not taunting him and did not do anything to warrant being yelled at nor disrespected but I accidentally interrupted him and that caused him to scream and turn it into an argument.

You really need to walk away he has more than anger issues he's also control freak he's going to end up breaking your heart and hurting you you don't want to be around a person like that that get you pissed off that make sure anxiety go up why do you want to live like that I cannot tell you what to do but I will tell you this and I don't mean it in a bad way but he's going to hurt you he's going to break your heart and he's going to change you anytime a person acts like that he's trying to control everybody and everything if he starts doing that to you and you allow him to it's going to change who you are and who you're supposed to be do not allow that to happen get out now while you're still head and you're happy so you can always keep that happiness

His entire family is divorced except his brother but he is codependent on his wife since he doesn’t have a driver license and they’ve been married since they were eighteen and have a weird relationship…

No some drivers are dumbasses. He's just venting frustration not anger. the most frustrating part of my day is driving into and from work...

Now screaming shut up dumbass is not not cool... absolutely not conducive to building a positive and healthy relationship.

Sounds like he does have anger issues or vert short tempered. It can get scary at times. I think he needs to manage this better or it can be dangerous to be around him in certain situations.

Yeah, he needs to seek therapy for Anger Management. This can turn toxic or physical and you need to know what’s more important to you, peace of mind, tolerance or this intolerance.

also we got into a dumb argument recently which was my fault for starting it but at one point he said "I dont want to have a mustache like your ex husband" and I said "lol he wasn't my husband" and he said "well you were like in love with him and he left you" so he was trying to call my ex boyfriend my husband and rub it in my face about him and I reiterated that the guy was a cheater and I left him and he said "I dont know why you're not paranoid of me, I've said so much nasty shit to you" so I said umm am i SUPPOSED to be paranoid of you like are you saying you cheat on me? and because he was pissed off he said "im about to" like when he gets mad he says whatever the fuck he wants and he barely said sorry for it because in his eyes it was my fault for starting a dumb argument so therefore he does not need to apologize and he even said "have you noticed every time I get mad at you I say nastier and nastier things" would you leave this guy if you were me?

You already know the answer to this. Of course he has anger issues, and it's a huge red flag. He screams at you and calls you dumbass when he gets angry. You're 20 now, is that how you want to be treated? He needs to recognize and deal with it if you want him to be a keeper.
