So me and this guy made it official that we were together last night after having a wonderful kiss , we then talked long today about issues from past relationships. I went to use his restroom before I left for the day , prior to that we didn’t talk two days straight because he claimed to be having bad days. My feelings were hurt.

I think you're reading too much into it. However, I should also ask if you've actually defined yourself as boyfriend-and-girlfriend. A kiss doesn't say it as clearly as people might think.
