There are no ugly men, only lazy ones. Do you agree?

Hear me out. I don’t believe there are ugly men only lazy ones. Say you’re a guy rated a 2. If you go to the gym and work out and get a nice body it’ll take you up to a 4. Then if you groom well and smell nice, you’ll be at at 6. If you work on your craft and become successful you’ll get a bigger bank account and now all of a sudden your at a 7-8. Do you all agree with this?

I had a girl say that to me because I am a free spirit and do not self monitor my posture or charm when I interact with people. I found it insulting that I was blamed for trying to find my spiritual self and not obsessing over my image and social life, since I don’t have time for that.

I somewhat agree but then again some people are just ugly no matter what they do. I have a friend who is a gym-rat, hot bod, he’s also rich (inherited his parent’s business) but I still don’t find him attractive. The girls he’s been with only wanted him for his money but they still thought that he was unattractive - then again, beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. A lot of people think Marilyn Manson is ugly, but I think he’s super hot in a weird way.

No. There are definitely ugly people, men and women both. Do all the work you want. What will still be said is, “He’s ugly, but…”. Most of us just want to be loved, so the “but” is important. But people are never going to look at a two from across the room and say, “They’re hot!”. And a 2 never makes 8, under any circumstances; 6 at best.

No. Going to the gym and grooming won't fix an ugly face or a wonky jaw.

I was rated 3-4 by most girls and 5-6 by a few. But I think Im ugly from time to time.

Money doesn't change appearance, but it does tip their scales slightly. Being good looking usually leads to success, not the other way around.

No, because there are unfixable traits that no gym or surgery can cover up. This applies to both the body and face. If there are things that can make men less ugly, they go beyond looks.

taking care of yourself can't fix bad bone structure, but a clean and healthy 3/10 will always be better than a dirty and unhealthy 8/10
