  i see him everywhere recently. I go shoppiung and see him on the same street 1 meter away, go to cinema and see him somehwere, saw him on the bike yesterday and today saw him at my job! WTF

Say hi talk to him invite him to coffee before or after work. I know it's hard just stay focused on work while you are at work. Nothing more embarrassing than being fired because you were making googly eyes at your crush instead of doing your job.
