When you say "benefits me" kind of make it sound like I'm being selfish. But I wouldn't date someone that felt like they didn't need me. Sounds like they could just leave at the blink of an eye and think nothing of it.

Needing someone is unhealthy and a form of co dependency. I don’t want him to need me, I want him to want me because I enhance his life, but I want someone that is comfortable with having a life outside of me.
