So I'm talking to a new guy I met for about a month now. He will message me everyday to talk and it's not sexual at all. When we meet up he calls it a date and he will kiss me goodbye when we are outside. We kiss and hold hands in bed

It certainly seems that way or going in that direction. But, as I've learned the hard way, some people are terrific actors/actresses, and you truly never know how someone feels until you ask them directly. My suggestion if you are starting to like him, talk to him about it. See how he feels. Suggest going to the next level if you want it to go there. Yes it's a risk, but better for you to know NOW how he really feels right? Waiting only increases the risk, and potential heart break if he's not on the same page.
