Please don’t talk about personality, confidence, humor, blah blah. This is a situation where all else is equal but if had two guys side by side: one has a chiseled physique and the other has a pot belly, how much of a difference would it make?

+2 points. Can turn a 6 to a 8

From a stick with long girly arms to at least long, some muscle, and lean GETS you up to a whole new level. Any 5 with a good body goes to 7 or 8 WHICH put you in the SecondLookZone. It's about getting to the SecondLookZone... All the numbers in the Zone are equal...6 -8 are Same

We like who we like. It’s not complicated.

Being fit and healthy does make you feel like you can take on your day a lot easier. I know if I go three weeks without my consistent routine I feel weak and awful, that alone makes me depressed. It really is worth the effort.
