How do you guys feel about your partner going hours without texting you?

I have to get this feeling away , but my boyfriend sometimes go hours without texting me and it makes me anxious sometimes.

I’d say to be honest with yourself about your preferences. People could comment and say you’re overreacting, it’s not a big deal, etc etc, just like others could say that it’s messed up, it shouldn’t take him hours to reply that’s too much time, and so forth. But you don’t need the negative feedback to invalidate how you’re feeling, or the positive to reinforce it. If you need more communication because of your anxiety, then you just do and you should accept it. If you haven’t already, then communicate that to your partner, because he can’t read your mind and know automatically. However, if you’ve already discussed it and he still displays the same behavior, then maybe he isn’t the best person for you to be with. He is who he is, so rather than stay with someone who’s have to overhaul their personality in order to please you, find the person who does it already.

I don't want any texts from anyone... ever. If someone has something to say, they can make a real phone call.

Doesn’t bother me unless I text her asking how she’s doing w no response for hours. Than I have to wonder is she ok. But most times I’m fine w out her texting. Other reason it may get to me is if it something important. But I guess if it’s that important I should call.

We are playing video games/ working watching some shit on youtube watering plants, shopping walking the dog or cat we are not watching the phone screen 24/7
