Insecurity Guidance please?

It makes me feel uncomfortable when my boyfriend is interacting a lot on social media with women. Some he knows personally and has slept with and others he hasn’t. I respect his privacy and won’t go through his phone but should I say anything? How do I even start that conversation or should I just work through my insecurities on my own? It seems like a petty thing to even bring up and possibly cause an argument and I know he already knows how I feel about the ones he’s been with so why even extend it to people he’s probably never or even never will meet

I think the best way to start would just be to inform him that it makes you feel insecure to see him interacting with former partners on Facebook.

No accusations, no demands for change, just give him that information. See what he does or doesn't do with it.
