They can be it really depends on how they deal with their insecurities. If they are destructive to themselves and/or others to deal with their insecurities then yes they are. But so can confident people.

If they seek therapy. If they are genuinely nice people who are kind and have morals. Who don’t take their personal problems out on people who never did anything to them (who also have their own issues as well) then no.

From what I've seen, yes. They're susceptible to all kinds of influences and they often aren't in control of their emotions and reactions.
