Have you straight up asked your parents why they don’t seem to like her? Can they have examples of reasons of why they don’t enjoy her dating you?

If your girlfriend is caring, respectful, attentive, kind, trustworthy, etc. and there’s no real reasons or red flags (unless you’re leaving context out) as to why they might not like her then I would just wave it off as them being protective over you. You cannot please everyone and you’re choosing to build a life with her. Their opinions shouldn’t matter as much, if she is a good partner to you.

You're an adult start acting like it. Tell your parents their behavior towards your partner is a problem and if they do not change it you will start limiting contact. Then mean it
