I kinda like this girl i work with, we've had 1 conversation at work since i met her recently, and we've seen eachother around work here and there. Should i send her a friend request on facebook now or wait to build a little more rapport?

It is best to build a tad more rapport before you send her a friend request. Don’t keep staring or waiting! Initiate conversations with her and get to know her more. You’ve only had ONE conversation with her. in my opinion, it would be a tad creepy if you send her a friend request after just a single conversation… BUT that’s just my take.

Or you could also do this, initiate a few conversations with her and ask for her phone number or ask her out on a date.
