Is she ignoring my friend request?

I was talking to a girl that was very flirty with me. She gave me her phone number before I had the chance to ask for it. She acts interested, and kisses me on the cheek.

So we hung out one day and she asked me if I had a Facebook. I told her that I did but that I barely used it. She responded with "I don't really use mine either".

So I decided to surprise her with a friend request a few days ago and she still hasn't responded. I know that her Facebook is connected to her blackberry, so she should have gotten it immediately. Also, over the past few days, I've seen her number of friends go down every day, from 737 too 733.

Is she ignoring me?

Not necessarily. Some people see stuff that's going on on their Facebook but are too busy to do anything about it for days. The friends list could just be people removing her as a friend for whatever reason or deactivating their accounts, doesn't have to mean she's been on Facebook herself. If someone has a lot of friends, it's quite common for the number to go up and down a lot... people often do clear-outs of their lists and get rid of randoms etc.

Give it time, I can't see any reason why she would ignore your request. Does it still say 'friend request pending' at the top of her page? If so, she hasn't actually hit 'ignore'.

It's still pending, the only thing that bugs me is how it's connected to her Blackberry. You get notifications right away.

I know, but honestly a lot of people don't go on every day. You've said nothing that makes me think it was dodgy to send a friend request or there's a reason she may ignore it. I know it's horrible waiting, but don't give up hope.
