Why won't she accept my friend request?

I know her well and in person she always says high to me but I sent her a friend request and and message and no response at all, she's clearly updating her Facebook account..

only thing I can think of was she's mad I turned her down years ago.. Or I came on too strong in my message.. but all I was saying was asking how she was and maybe if you wanted to meet up..

But as far as me thinking she's really changed IMHO.

I ran into her today at town hall, she talked to me like nothing happened someone was already in front of me when I walked in. my first thought was I was just going to ignore her but I walked up to the desk anyways as soon as she saw me she blew off the other lady and said HI all excitedly and started talking to me which made the lady before me a little puzzled/annoyed because she blew her off, after she left we had a little small talk finding how everything was. I did not bring up anything else

Similar thing with me, this girl was making moves at me and I just basically blew her off. Saw she had Myspace and messaged her and wanted to and her as a friend. She blocked me cause I needed her email address to talk to her. I saw her recently at the store with hermom and her mom said hiand her daughter smiled at me. She had her MySpace block so I guess she doesn't want me to see it. She also has a Facebook and I messaged her saying I was sorry about howi came across when messaging her. Saw her mom and she just gave me a dirty look! Really think she's change as she dresses differently and poses tons of pics of herself in front of a mirror.

Ha, yep this girl she dresses well a lot more skimpy then when I last remember her when growing up.. She used to work at the town hall so she had to dress business causal.

She is shallow and not worth your time. I once new this girl since 2nd grade, and I knew her very well. She is like one of the hottest girls in school. I knew she would of never been into me, but I thought we were still friends. When MySpace first got popular I added and messaged her, she never added me, but one day she walks into the library, sits right next to me, say hi and how are you, then she opens up her MySpace and starts accepting all her requests accept mine when I was sitting there watching her scroll over my profile. True story!

Wow that's crazy.. I mean I don't care if she adds me or not it's no big deal, I'm bound to run into her mother or her sooner or later, if I do and she is around I would make her feel guilty, but I don't care, I think if you were a true friend you would add me.. Don't just come up to me and start making small talk.

Be better then that, just act as her presence doesn't matter to you, but still be polite. Make her feel as she is wasting your time talking to her!

I can't wait to see her so I can look at her and give her a look like who the hell are you.. Guess what.. I went to the town hall to pay my property tax and she was at the main desk, which I was a little shocked because they had said they let her go..
