Why doesn't she accept the friend request or decline it?

A sent this girl a friend request about two weeks ago and she hasn't accepted although she uses her account by changing pictures. She hasn't declined it too I don't get it why would someone do this. If you remember just accept the request when you are one and if you don't just decline. Should I take back the friend request?

It's possible she saw the friend request, and didn't know whether to add you or not, so she just left it and forgot about it kind of thing.
Or
maybe she isn't sure if she wants to accept, and is thinking about it, or checking out your page to see what you're like. She could be waiting for you to message her as to why you friended her.

I'd say, if it's been that long then take it back. You can always resend it again after a week or so goes by and see if she accepts.

I also sent her a message she hasn't seen that either. Its just waiting there and I don't know what to do if she hasn't recognized me why doesn't she just decline it. She has been changing her pictures too. If I take back the friend request I won't send it back again.

Hm, that's odd she still never declined or accepted after you send a message too.
The waiting for over a week is odd for sure. I'm thinking she doesn't want to have you on her page, otherwise she would have accepted by now. It's her call to add you or not, even if she didn't recognize you she would've declined probably. I have no clue as to why she's keeping you on hold. Maybe she's on vacation and isn't online much other than to post pics?
You'd probably be better to let it go, and don't over think it. Or just leave it and see what happens.

You shouldn't feel bad, there's nothing you did wrong. It was all her decisions to accept or not. And not accepting, but leaving your request on hold and ignoring your message for no reason, she should feel bad for doing that.
Definitely don't let it bother you. :)

Why would someone send one again when they know the person declined it. With the new updates on Facebook it's impossible too when you decline the person can't send request again.

OH they most definitely can if you do check the "i don't know this person personally" box. I get ten friend requests a day from random ass people and a lot of them are re-adds 😭😭😭

Do you have issues? :) I'm saying if you decline and NOT check that " I don't know this person personally" box they can't re add you. Well you do your low ego moves there is no problem with that you the one dealing with those type of guys. But logically when you decline it works like that so there is no point to keep anyone on the wait. This doesn't apply for you but normally its an act of respect but I get that some girls have to boost up their ego in this way which is fine everybody can do what they want (this doesn't apply to you its for the girl I sent a request)

Yo you didn't even write that I you don't check off the box in your lost comment just an FYI. Maybe she doesn't want to hurt your feelings or she doesn't know if she wants to accept it. As for the messages waiting in her inbox. Most people don't download messanger because it can access literally everything in your phone. So eithet can't see them or she's ignoring you. Another way you can Check to see if she saw the message in the notification bar, if te blue check is filled in it means she's aware she got the notification, if it's not filled in she isn't. Good luck. If he's making you wait ages for a friend request to be accepted or denied just move on 👍🏻

I just pulled the request back 😔 I don't get it she was online she changed her pictures and everything but couldn't decide too add me or not I added a girl I liked from when I was a kid and though it would have been good to talk to her again but well she didn't remember or maybe she did but ignored. I just don't get girls just decline it I'm fine with that but doing this kind of stuff is just not right. Well somepeople just don't think... sorry if i went hard one you I'm just mad

Maybe she doesn't remember you or maybe she doesn't want you to see that she isn't doing good. Personally I wouldn't add old friends from my childhood because I live in a piece of shit town and it's embarrassing. You never know what excuses people have but maybe it's for the best.

I don't know they would have a reason behind it but its not bad that you aren't doing good its bad that you are trying to hide some things that are going in your life who know maybe I'll be the one to help her. You never know where help can come from. The bad thing is not thinking about it and ignore if she declined me I would be understanding and say she didn't feel right to do so. But I added her and also message her to let her know who I was she didn't see the message and didn't do nothing on the request while she was on Facebook changing her cover photos and profile picture

How do you know her? Maybe she doesn't add people she doesn't know well enough to see her private FB stuff. Also, messages are sorted from those on her list so she probably won't see it unless she really tries to check.

Send it again and see what she does.

Don't take it personally. A lot of people, guys and girls, are so into themselves that they don't even LOOK at friend requests!

I know! Well I pulled back the request I don't need to talk to someone that doesn't have the basics on how to interact with people. I mean when someone sends a request to me I check if I know or not and even double check by communicating with the person maybe I forgot. But ignoring someone that gives time to actually add you and start talking to you is just bad.

Not much of a sense of community on Gag. A lot of people now look at their Gag account like a Facebook page.

I'm happy t see we have the option of inviting people to answer questions. That helps us to get to know each other.

But once they put the option to block invitations in place, I'm afraid a majority of people will choose to wall themselves off.

I don't see how Gag will survive as a sort of little league Facebook. It owes its appeal to the idea that we can give and ask for ADVICE here, not just tag our friends and ask who the prettiest Gager is, etc.
