Should I message her?

There's a girl I like and I'm pretty sure she liked me back but we haven't seen each other since our work place shut down in March. I never got to ask for her number or social media but I saw her phone number from a message she sent me through a work related message board.

I have been recalled but it doesn't look like she's on the schedule yet. I have no idea if she's coming back to work but there are significantly fewer shifts then before. Should I text her? Or is it too creepy and weird?
