Nope. It sounds to me that she lacks character and a compelling personality. If she was worthwhile, she'd be confident in what she brings to the table and know that would capture men's interest. Instead, she's just becoming sexless which reduces her number of desirable traits. In the past she sold herself on her body alone. That's fine, she seems to have a pretty solid and reasonable way of thinking. One caveat to that though, is she's talking about "I want to see a commitment first" and in that she might have some difficulty. It starts to become this game of withholding sex like a treat for the behavior she wants to see, which is manipulation. If she practices this, she's more likely to attract more manipulation on the part of men.

I do get that thing about the post-nut relationship dynamic change. It's not just a one-sided thing though. People's chemistry changes around sexual activity.

I personally would be find dating her and not having sex with her until whenever she wanted to have sex with me. I would also be fine and completely adamant that I'm free to have sex with other people and she has zero say or influence on my sexual life, she can control her own sex life and who she interacts with, but if she thinks she's going to control me and my life that's a hard pass.

I get it and fully support if you don't want to eat ice cream, go bowling, exercise, and life a full life. Do your thing.
