Should women being the ones making the first move in dating be the norm?

Apparently from what I've been told, a lot of men don't want to approach women anymore due to many factors (don't want to look creepy, don't wanna ruin her day, etc). So should women be the first to break the ice from now on, or no?

They already do. So much more aggressive than i was 23. And, it is the older ones with one child, or children grown-up...

IF women had full control over sexual selection we'd be extinct in 50 years. Either that or the top 10% of guys would be breeding all the women (and even then, 30% of women wouldn't be getting even the scraps).

Women do make the first move. They typically let men know they're open to be approached. Now if a woman doesn't want to do that, is too shy or lazy to do that and she never gets approached that's her problem. Guys shouldn't be expected to do everything.
