The girl followed me on Instagram after I invited her for a date, does it mean she is interested?

I found a girl in a dating app, and she left her IG there, then I texted her, and she got interested to get to know me, the conversation went well, not one-sided. But what made me confused, I invited her for a date, and after she saw the date offer, she instantly followed me on IG, but declined the date offer because she needed to travel with her friends. Does it make sense to invite her one more time after let's say one week?

Yes, that’s interest and hopefully you have a distinct course of action date planned. Don’t be rigid but have a Vision of Date and activity involved.
