My crush wants to hang out with me, does this mean she is interested?

Me and this girl liked each other for a while, but unfortunely she kind of lost interest in me. We never really dated, and she eventually said "let's be friends". We see each other less and less in person, but we talk on email a lot. Here's the conversation we had today:

Me: I guess I will talk to you tommorow. Take care:)

Her: Yeah. Hey, you should come eat with me and my friends tommorow.

Me: Sure. I usually eat alone anyways.

Her: Ok. I guess it's settled

Is this a good thing for me? Is she interested in me again? This is the first time she actively showed interest in being around me.

Pretty much all I can do is smile and give eye contact because when she is with her friends it's 90% inside jokes I don't get. Anyway, thanks for the opinion and advice.
