Would you date someone with herpes?

I don't have any problems with type 1 (skin version, most catch it in pre-school).

But I probably wouldn't date people with type 2 (mostly sexually transmitted) unless the got a good reason (like catching it from mother during their birth).
When I gave the effort to remain debtless, I don't want to take in someone with debts they got from being irresponsible and running around. Especially since the risk of HSV-2 transmission per sex act is estimated to be 2.3% meaning they actually had to try to catch it by sexual means.

What would be the point? Herpes is not curable as some STD's are.
