He’s recently divorced, should I not be involved with him?

He’s very recently divorced from a relatively short marriage (2-3 years). He claims that the wedding should’ve never happened, but says there was a lot of pressure to do it at the time. It was “doomed from the start” (his words). But that they tried and it just wasn’t meant to be. Based on his side of this statement, is it too soon to get involved with him? I don’t have experience dating divorced guys, but I know there’s a lot of stigma around the subject. Any thoughts or insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

They need at least a six months to work out affairs (kids, alimony etc) before they even think about the Pain and Healing. To me, I would not get near him for a year. First girl will most likely be hate on and rebound girl.
