We've been married for 8 months.

I have a stepdaughter, 20 years old, who lives with us for 2 weeks, then another 2 weeks with her mom.

I got a full-time job, and that means I need to go to bed earlier, but we would have to go to work at the same time and car pool.

But he would rather spend time with his daughter than go to bed with me, and this hurts me so much.

I want a divorce because he always puts her first before me, and that's not the kind of husband that I want.

wait, is that the ONLY reason why you're divorcing him? you knew he had a daughter from a previous marriage/relationship. this is what parents do. they split their time. and yes, most parents would rather spend time with their children if they only see them half of the time. rather than just... go to bed...

all you can do is just tell him this hurts you. and maybe you can come to a compromise. because that is what marriage is about. communication or compromise. not sure why you'd spend so much money on a divorce after 8 months all because of this. just talk about your feelings with him. and figure it out. not just automatically jump at a divorce. it's literally only 2 weeks out of the month...
