My mom told me to stay away from my boyfriend (ex currently) after what he did to me. He cheated on me and made me look like a fool. My mom is usually right about some things and she gives me get good advice. I told my him that i wasn’t suppose to be talking to him because my mom told me to stop talking to him. She didn’t tell me to but just gave me advice not to talk to him. He gets all mad and tells me he can’t take me serious because I listen to my mom and can’t have a mind of my own. He calls me a baby and a kid. We are both in our 20s and I’m 3 years older than him.

Sounds like he's the baby and a kid. You don't need him. Listen to your mom on this one. If he's saying that now, who knows what he would be like if you stayed.
