I have lots of trans friends, and I’m completely supportive of them and have nothing against people wanting to identify and be who they want to be, but I can never see myself being sexually or romantically attracted to someone who is trans. I only want to date people who are born female or born male. Not people who transition later in life. Even if they go through the surgeries and everything, I don’t feel like I could ever be with someone who’s trans romantically or sexually. Am I transphobic or is my preference justified?

Only if you don't want to sleep with them BECAUSE they are trans... Here's how I mean.

If you won't sleep with black guys because you simply don't find them attractive on an individual basis, that's fine. If you write them ALL off as nonviable partners BECAUSE they are black, that's racist.

Same way works for transfolks or any other group, as long as you aren't seeing them in that one dimension, then you're fine.
