Absolutely not, people are entitled to their own beliefs and values and nobody can shame you for believing in what you believe and being who you want to be, and up holding your personal values and principals. Nobody has the right to project their life styles on you or force you to be a an enabler or complacent with other peoples choices, just because they need validation.
Lets be honest, the Trans thing has been a none issue for humanity for eons... it only not that people want to project this none issue on you because society had reached this threshold of insanity in embracing peoples own insecurities as a some type of meaningful purpose or moral cause. Its a joke.
As a LGBTQ+ person myself its NOT transphobic to not to want to date a trans person.
