Definitely a country bumpkin. Been living in the city for 3 years now and I have never been so depressed in my life. I've gained weight, I don't like leaving the house, the smallest of sounds piss me right off because there is never any peace and quiet with all the traffic, sirens and angry side walking assholes yelling at cars and starting fights.

I went to visit my mom in the country side for 2 weeks and I had so much fun. My migraines stopped and I was overall just so much happier. I came back home and I've only been here for 3 days and I'm already so fucking sick of being here.

The question is relative given many cities are much bigger and consider smaller cities the boonies. I live in a medium sized city with a university. We get all these kids from small towns coming here and they think its a big city and the university is great when its shit and downtown is full of meth zombies

Used to think I’d like the city more, but the older I get the more I prefer smaller towns and rural. Cities are too many people, too many rules, too much pollution, too much trash. It seems our cities are slowly turning into the dystopian science fiction cities we were warned about.

I prefer the city. The things I like to do mostly can't be dinner in the country due to a lack of people. In would love to move to Manhattan.
