Not only does he pay all the bills he also spent 30k on me and he isn’t the get girls type. Before me he didn’t have a girlfriend for a while

Yes, totally possible. In this (hopefully fictitious) case the man might feel it's his duty to take care of his lovable girlfriend but for some reason he has not managed to break up with her yet. It might be because of that "call of duty", empathy and resposibility but it might as well be because of man's own insecurity or girlfriend's demanding/dependant personality. In such case the man sees her sexy enough to make love with her but would in fact prefer another type.

However, it is extremely important to make sure the guy feels this way. The supposed problem might exist just in woman's mind while the true problem is about him feeling offended/hurt/incapable of expressing himself.

I suggest that you have a deep talk with your boyfriend. Try neither attack nor cry. Be truly curious about his interests: what kind of woman he longs for? Could you naturally become that? If not, why is he hurting you by being in relationship with you?

If he cannot be attached to you both mentally and physically then be brave and leave him before you guys have a house full of kids and a miserable history together. He can still help you economically if that's his call. Never have two boyfriends. Never! The old relationship has to pass away before anything new can emerge.

Unless he is depending on you is some sort of way, like for example if the house is on your name and he can't go anywhere if he leaves you or anything like that, then I wouldn't be worried if I were you.
