if the guy and girl have seen eachother in pics and when they meet he notices she's darker than what she looked ik pictures and online... especially her legs and hands are quite dark than what they looked in pics and darker than her face.

She is what he is looking for in a girl in every other way...

Then?

He should reject her since he's not feeling attracted towards her because of her dark skin

He is really stupid to reject her simply because of being darker than expected.. if she's fine in other ways

A person may set whichever metrics they want to include/exclude potential romantic partners, but they then must be content with how they have limited their options.

You cannot simultaneously set standards that limit the potential dating pool to 5% of the world's population and then also complain that you can't find a date.

If you're a heterosexual male then you've limited your dating pool to 51% of the world's population. No big deal. Now, let's say you select a socially acceptable age range and physical distance. Again, no issues. But now you're setting specific physical traits - hair color, skin tone, eye color, height, weight, etc. You need to be aware of, and content with, the fact that you're removing a plethora of otherwise viable mates. But if you're good with that, then that's all that matters.

Do I think a person's skin tone is a good reason to write them off? No, but if you're content with doing so, and recognize that you're your own obstacle to finding a partner then... you do you.

Excuse me, but is society your third parent? Even biological parents shouldn't have much say in what they what their son/daughter-in-law to be.

There's no way a person's every move would satisfy society all his life.

He's just attracted to a woman but be had the nerve to hesitate to admit it because of her physical trait that's barely noticeable and isn't even a disability?

He better leave the girl alone from now, if they got together and break up she'd probably be left with doubts over her attractiveness because of his inadvertently shown views.

Skin colour shouldn't be a problem, it's the personality that matters. We should embrace differences, not reject them. In fact, if ½ dozen girls were lined up in front of me and I was told to choose one, I would checkout their eyes, smile and hair. Skin colour would just be accepted whether black, medium, white or anything in between. I've known lovely and nasty people of all persuasions.
