Girls, Why do women in their late 20s/30s hate it when men their age are only seeking casual and not serious relationships?

Do women realize most men are late bloomers to the party/hookup/casual phase? We literally had to build ourselves in our 20s while women were born with their value to enjoy their parties/hookups/casuals early on. Do women seriously not understand this?

When someone is open about what they want (be it a relationship or just casual) I find it more attractive when they are honest. I only dislike it when a man lies about his intentions. For example… saying he’s done with casual and wants to settle down and be in a relationship but then tells you later he wasn’t ready for serious and just wants a hook up. Like make your mind. As long as you are being upfront about what you want then there should be no issue. Just done lie.
