I forgave him after the first time he ghosted me, because he told me he had things going on I his life.
The second time, he totally played mind games and manipulated me. He seemed to set out to hurt me a second time.
How do I get over the hurt and humiliation?😕
Forgive yourself! That’s the biggest part. You’re beating yourself up for accepting him back, but there’s nothing you can do to change the past. Just promise yourself you won’t make that mistake going forward, which is the best you can do.
Once you forgive yourself, then forgive him. That part of forgiveness is not about him, F that guy he is pure trash. But it is for you, so you can be free of that negativity he makes you feel. What I do with my ex situations is no matter how much they hurt me, I find one good thing to take from that, so I can forgive them. For instance, he made you feel a happiness you thought you’d never feel again, and you’re grateful to know you are still capable of experiencing that with someone.
Unfortunately, what is done with is done with. Okay you gave him a second chance and he hurt you. That’s how life goes and you have to not be so hard on yourself Babe. It’s important that you have realized that it was an unfortunate mistake and you’ve learned from it so it cannot happen again.
Block him because he will try to reach out again., and don’t expose yourself to getting put in that situation by him again. Be strong and love yourself, and take care of yourself so you can soon find a man that will treat you the same way. xx
