They assume everything works the same it does for them as it does a man. They assume we play on the same field when it comes to dating and other things

No. They're generally just obstinate. Women are HIGHLY influenced by feelings. That's why it's the hardest thing in the world to win a woman over and much easier if you just lie to her. It's also why you can generally cheat on a woman repeatedly if you're good at lying to her. You don't have to be logical you just have to be able to strike the right chords. But keep in mind even the most gullible woman does eventually have a breaking point.

I think everyone is clueless about the opposite sex in some capacity. But this is why we're attracted to each other - because we're different.
