Do you agree with the phrase that men must become and women just exist?

Rollo Tomasi says this phrase when referring to male value in dating. He says that for most men, they often have to build up competency in their craft, grow their financial wealth, build up status and confidence to be deemed of value to women. While a woman just being born is given inherent value by society which passes over into dating. He says that for most men their max potential where they have the right balance of status, money and youthful looks is around 35-37 years of age.

We see evidence of how important status and money is to a man's value when we look at Leo constantly having beautiful early 20 year old girls throwing themselves at him despite knowing his rep for discarding them when they hit 25.

Funny enough, a lot of men never get to capitalize on this power since they often get snatched up by women around 29 to 31 years of age. This is right around the time that women's values are going down in dating/sexual market place due to loss of youthful look and fertility.

Nature has made men and women for specific roles. For women it is to produce and care for children to perpetuate the species. For men it is to provide for and protect women and children, and that includes making the world a safe and livable environment. Women are about reproducing and nurturing and men are about function. Women are born with the ability to fulfill their role but men much develop the skills to fulfill theirs.

Women are naturally best able to fulfill the reproductive component of their role when they are younger, in their teens and 20s. That ability fades with time, as does their concomitant value in the sexual marketplace.. But their ability to nurture continues so they can care for their children and mate.

Men's value increases with time because they have to continue providing for and protecting their mate and children, and their ability to do so increases with experience, and thus with time.

That's why women lose their value in the marketplace as they age beyond their late 20s while men's value continues to increase.

I agree that that's the status quo and women have to literally do nothing in order for men to want to date them and society to value them. However, I DON'T agree, that that's how all men should live. If someone can't appreciate you beyond the assets you can provide or them, then that person doesn't deserve to be in your life. Period. Full stop.

That’s basically true. Warren Farrell refers to it as “genetic celebrity”. I suspect most women will disagree with the assertion because they will assume you are suggesting all women are born with a high value. See, that’s the downside some men don’t want to talk about. An ugly woman’s chances at love are about the same as a broke dude’s chances. Sex and love are not the same thing, and most people don’t like to feel used. So that twisted belief that all women have it easier than most men is flat out untrue. Unless we’re just talking sexual availability. Then, yeah, ugly women can outscore broke dudes easy. But that’s equally on men. If men had more self respect, that wouldn’t be true at all. Know your worth. It’s the only thing that levels the playing field.

Not that I necessarily agree with you on every part, but by your own description men can work for how valuable they are, well women are born with an initial value that decreases with age, and there's nothing they can do about it. Which is the better deal? I feel like your point was that men have it hard, but I think most people would rather be able to make their own worth then to be someone who is inevitably going to be essentially worthless by middle age is a much worse deal.

A female in the western world has a society that literally caters to it you have endless female only clubs, groups, funding, healthcare, shelters, housing, gyms, etc.
Society provides for and protects you.
