He keeps standing me up, do I react or just be silent?

This guy I’ve been seeing for like a month or so is already showing me major red flags. He’s 30 and I’m 20 and he has children of his own. We have met a few times and we get along well and have had sex but recently the past two times he keeps calling me saying he’s gonna take me out and to get ready and to be ready for 9pm then just goes ghost? It’s not even like it’s me making the plans he literally calls me to go out and then does this it makes no sense? I don’t wanna react too emotionally on the situation do I even say anything? I don’t want him to think he can disrespect me like this again though it’s ridiculous. He always says how nice I am and I think he’s taking it for a weakness now? It’s ridiculous? Do I react or not say a word?

I would go dark and pay him monmind. He has zero respect for others at most basic level.
