How to crack an introverted girl?

There is an introverted girl I like from work and I believe she is crazy about me but cannot express her feeling because she is v. closed off. I’ve no problem with that, she’s supposedly been hurt in the past so I understand.
Now to the complicated part, we’ve been meeting up on nights out and kissing on/off for two months but I’m still unsure where I stand. I obviously mean quite a lot to her but she only really opens up to me when she’s drunk. We can all talk crap when we’re drunk, so what’s true and what’s not? Is she being genuine or am I being used? I should point out she is a regular user of tinder/hinge, yet when I’m with her I feel like she wants me more than anything but is afraid to admit it and somewhat plays what we have down.

What do you want out of this? Answer that and then pursue it. She's supposedly the introverted one but it sounds like you are too. You guys are already intimate so half the anxiety should be gone. I wouldn't say she's using you rather than enjoying your time and there's nothing wrong with casual fun. If you like the arrangement where you're both non-committal and enjoying each others time, great. If you want to date her, just ask her about it. This is a huge step in adulthood, the mature approach is not as heart pumping and exciting but it feels so much better afterwards.

She’s waiting for you to lead but with a gentle hand. The best way to open up an introverted and bright woman is to get her thinking. One way is through humor…thoughtful animal jokes and she processes in head, smiles, and sometimes spews 🗣 🍺 and burst a gut out loud.

I’m pretty sure that you could easily direct this woman into a relationship. You have to take Respect. And, pass the Tests with a gentle backbone. You can say No OR “you will” in a calm tone, smile, and they still know that you mean it…
