Why hasn’t he made a move?

There is this really cute guy I see at the gym. I always catch him looking my way and he always finds reasons to be near me or ask me how my day is going etc. Why hasn’t he made a move yet? Will he ever make a move? Haha

Make a move yourself, something like "oh hey it would be fun hanging out outside the gym" and see if he jumps onto that train and asks you lol if he doesn't, he might not be that interested and sees you more as a gym friend

I have had my fair share of bad experiences when showing men interest in this manner. They somehow see it as “the girl chasing the guy” instead of feeling flattered
