Found my ideal guy but he’s confusing and maybe disinterested?

I quite literally found the the guy of my dreams in personality, looks, humor, connection but he’s so confusing it’s insane we’ll have good conversations and he won’t approach me by himself which makes me feel he just doesn't like me at all. I’m spiritual (if you don’t agree don’t that fine but please keep it to yourself) and in my meditation I came to the conclusion he wasn’t quite there yet or something along those lines my gut was saying something wasn’t quite where it needed to be. I don’t wanna give it up because I feel like here’s so unique and all the other guys around me/interested in me aren’t what I’m looking for at all, what do I do?
