Why is it so hard for me to find the right guy?

I’m 29 and I’ve been saving myself for the right guy, but it’s just never right. I know I’m introverted and don’t put myself out there, but I’ve tried virtually with dating sites and such. My dating pool is also limited since I’m from Southeastern Europe living in the US and trying to make my mom happy by picking someone of my ethnicity.

But I hear guys don’t like relationships and if they can get by with sleeping around, they won’t care for the love stuff, so maybe there’s no point in a relationship anyway. Seems like you can either get sex from a guy (usually the case) or love/affection, but rarely ever do they give you both and everything you need.

Men are so frustratingly different that the only reason I’m even bothering at this point is because I’m maternal and would like children. Seems like the only type of guy I’m going to find is one that just wants to use me as a baby making machine because they want to be a dad without any actual love for me, since relationships clearly aren’t what men truly want or care for.

You can try a church or religious organization. If chastity is important to you, then go to the places where it is encouraged among both men and women. There are plenty of men in these groups looking for serious relationships, and plenty looking for a wife.

Not really. Sure I’ve met people here and there who were in the process of discovering their sexuality, but most of the time, they just avoided attending. Not because they feel unwelcome, but because they feel ashamed.
