Yes. Age differences bigger than 9 years. Are generally doomed to fail. Why would we want to put any effort forth something that was doomed to fail.

Guys do get attracted to younger girls 19 plus or so we do give it a thought but it totally depends on girls if she is welcoming or not.

But the further proceedings would definitely depend on the vibing and i wouldn't call it as turn on rather attraction.
