We dated a couple of times, but he wasn't ready for a relationship. Or so he said. We're still friends, but I'm struggling to get over him because I have feelings for him. Sometime I feel I'm obsessed over him. How can I move on

You create some distance from him so you can move on and accept that he doesn’t want a relationship with you. Yeah it’s sucky because you like him a lot but how do you expect to even begin the process of getting over your feelings when you hang on to him in some way? You can’t be a proper friend when you still want more, so take a step back, heal then maybe friendship would work.
