How long does it take to you to open up to someone?

I try to simplify my life by projecting mostly the same personality to every group I'm in with a few minor exceptions in each case and people sometimes view my boldness as a sign of trust or emotional need when I'm simply not concerned with the outcome and judgment that comes with me being honest with others.

Depends. Sometimes it's rather fast, sometimes takes longer. Opening up also has different levels in my opinion. So fully trusting someone with everything takes time.

Cool question. Takes forever or never happens. I think I have issues with deep intimacy (not physical but actually opening up on a deep level), even my family barely knows me lol, and i never really opened up with a boyfriend. I have only two friends I feel I shared deep stuff with and was completely myself with, and my brother. For one of them it was pretty instant, for the other it took years but we’re onto different paths in life also with a big age gap.
