But then why do black people get offended/and or not allow white people to say the 'n' word like they do in likeness of manner, so knowing then it can't be racist at all but instead only a longing for social acceptance, seen as being cool then wanting to be so is love, not hate.

If more black people are doing that in your area than white people, then it means less of the black population that you personally interact with, is well educated/smart.

The number of intelligent people in most areas is small, but varies from location to location, and typically has nothing to do with race.

You might find lots of dumb white people in another location, or everyone being dumb, or no one being dumb.

Racism is having two definitions for 1 word. If the 'N' word ibe cool when used by the homies but not allowed to be used by the honkies, then the word is made by the hearer to carry such weight as it is perceived to be discriminatory by doing just that and giving it the power then to be both lhated and loved. Whether any skin color or any name called, the man that lets hate detach from his heart, does so by not letting words have any power over him.
So, if black people stop allowing other black people to use the N word;; they grow. As well as stop teaching your children to get angry at the white man that uses tne n word. If a racist white man were to call a black man the n word and the black man didn't sway a bit when he heard that word, then the real racists would stop using the N word themselves, since it has loet its power and cannot anymore bring low a man. That's a pretty stupid opinion. Words carry meaning. That's the entire point of language... throughout human history the meaning for many words have changed depending on how they are used.
