Personally I've more important things to do than wait for a text. I also despise texting and social media so I would get back to them, eventually, but calling would be the fastest way to talk to me.

Yeah, they do. I've done that. But it shouldn't be always a girl or a guy texting first. If it's just 1 person it's a red flag
