Im a landlord that has crush on my tenant. Around the same age. She will move out soon. Should I tell her how I feel before too late?

Long story short, I feel she is perfect for me, but both of us are about to embark on separate ways and will be living in same house for a week longer. Should I tell her how I feel or just throw the chance away? We went out to dinner once though and it was fun.

FYI By landlord I meant I own my own home and I rent the extra bedrooms out.
