When we are alone she's very talkative and flirty. Should I try to ask her out? Is this normal for woman that fear of being judged by others?

She might not be good with PDA (public display affection), or she just might be unsure of how to act around you when you're around other people because she's not certain of how you feel.

If she just acts shy or a little reserved in public then that's just her but if its like the complete opposite of what she's when in private then that's a red flag.
