He does not spend ever opportunity to be either up under you or hearing your voice or emojing you to death... Friend's time is as important if not more than your time. Reputation as a body hopper. Looks in front of you at other women. Talks to other women. Stays away from emotions... even after having sex etc... Gets mad if you even try to talk about the future, vision for you too, or Emotional bonding type things. He definitely does not want to know about the intricacies and details of your life or past... Any of these happening now?

I would say it depends on how connected and engaged they are with the relationship. The less engaged the less they care about the relationship. It could get deeper than that if something is going on in their life. (Death, money issues, etc.)
