Will a man go distant if you continue to bring up the past?

hey everyone, so my boyfriend and i have been together for 6 years. he has done some pretty crappy things in the past that i found out about and can’t seem to stop thinking about. he had DMed girls complimenting them on how pretty they are, he talked to this girl on facebook. i asked him why he did it and he said it was bc he was stupid and he wasn’t sure if he we were going to last. he did this from 2015-2019. he also liked a bunch of bikini and ass pictures on instagram. i’m a very insecure person and low self worth of myself so yes all this bothers me. i can’t look at him without thinking he wanted to be with these other girls. so i’ve continued to bring it up through text, phone calls and in person. now it’s gotten so bad that we barely talk anymore. we barely text, we haven’t seen each other since Wednesday. is it normal for him to push away if all i do is bring up the past?
