Had a female friend confess to me... maybe not really... She texted me to ask me out on a date, was really complimenting me...
I told her no, and I told her that I'm sorry, and that it must have been hard to have those feelings because the serendipity of how we met must have given her a real complex...
I was kind of disappointed though that she did it the weasel way, over text conversation, instead of telling me in person. The answer would still have been no. But I would have respected her more.
Honestly I find women to be kind of cringe the way they approach romance. They're SOOOO fucking selfish the way they absolutely INSIST on having their way on everything. It's always chivalry this, and communication that.
They put absolutely no effort into reaching out to us, they really believe they're entitled to just sit around and be pretty and wait for a guy to tell her he loves her.
It was so disappointing to hear it for the first time a "confession" that was as direct as it was, and still not even have courage to do in face to face and put the stakes. Other times the confession was ambiguous and deniable.
My fantasy went right out the window that day, that a beautiful girl that was my friend would tell me that she loves me.
It's never gonna happen. I'm gonna pick up girls, spit game on them, take them out on dates, and seduce them. Girls will tell me they love me, but it's never going to be surprise. And I am deeply saddened by that.

Ironically, most men who complain about women telling a man how they feel, are conservative republicans, who believe in "traditionalism". That the man is supposed to do it, not the woman

Anonymous(25-29)+1 yYeah, if she's ugly like me. I don't care about any goddamn biology excuses, doesn't mean I like being the one nobody wants. Also, I thought my first boyfriend was super ugly, then I later found him really attractive.
Anyway, they can say no to me obviously, I'm an obnoxious nightmare anyway. It's totally fair, I just wish it wasn't me that nobody wants.00 Reply

No, that's not true. It's not even a turn-off if we don't feel that same way. I mean, we won't date her, but we'll still be impressed and we'll respect her.

@Jamie05rhs uhm some guys will be like eww, the nerve of you to ask me out you’re not my type. Especially if I’m lacking on the looks department and I’m awkward

+1 yIn reality it is to a certain demographic of guys like me. I've been with a lot of different girls over the years and what I noticed is I'll try to be smooth and say all the right things. But the moment I have her or she falls for me a lot harder than the feelings I have for her it's over. I lose all attraction, I do want to state not all guys are like this. Mostly the guys that play the field more you'll see this reaction from

+1 yIt's seems to be hot and a turn on to me. Even if I have no same feelings towards her, I will respect her even more. Everyone has feelings and other women gat a heart to speak it out. Mighty show you some signs, and if not they can go straight telling you. And if I found her attractive, Yes I will give her a chance and welcome her with both hands!!
00 Reply2.2K opinions shared on Dating topic. Would be if I don't have any sexual intentions towards the girl.
If I had sexual thoughts about her and she confessed feelings then I'd be wrapping her up.

00 ReplyIf I feel the same then no, but if I don’t then it’s kind of. That’s why it can be good to use caution sometimes, but than again maybe it would make you realize that the feeling aren’t shared.
